"Professional greeting on arrival. We had planned to stay three nights but could only stay for one. We didn’t book a flexible tariff but the staff was able to not make an additional charge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for breakfast and there was a good selection. Good location for Troyes old town. Be aware that parking needs to be booked in advance for a charge of £12."
