The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, it has an air conditioner but we preferred the windows open for the ocean breeze so only used it one night. "This was my second booking on vrbo. Though I made mistakes at booking, the owner was very understanding and worked with me. I felt very informed of the door codes prior to arrival. He had the property manager greet us and walk us to the door. Inside we found the apartment decorated for Christmas! Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay.
