The spacious home is located in the jungle just a mile from the beach in beautiful Esterillos Oeste! It features 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, a big swimming pool with outdoor rancho and BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, big living room, smart TV’s with cable and Netflix, and much more! The centrally located home is on a large property up a gated driveway, is close to restaurants and a grocery store, and is a short 20 minute drive from Jaco and only 40 minutes away from Manuel Antonio!

Casa Tropical is an eco-friendly home with 4 beds to sleep a total of 8 people. The master bedroom includes a king bed, walk in closet with safe, private bathroom, and desk for a dedicated workspace if needed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and connects to a second large bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have TV’s, are tastefully decorated, and have ceiling fans and in- room AC units.

The home features tropical murals hand-painted by a local artist and custom-made bamboo and teak furniture throughout, including a large dining table for 8 to enjoy group meals. Large ceiling fans and windows create a nice cross breeze to keep the living and dining areas comfortable.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your own meals, including extras such as an air fryer, blender, griddle press, rice cooker, hand mixer, specialty coffee maker and more.

The property offers several outdoor sitting areas for groups to spread out and enjoy the wildlife and views. Many extras are included in the rental for guests use such as sustainable products in the kitchen, a blue tooth speaker, USB chargers, board games and puzzles, and beach chairs and supplies to enjoy your day in comfort at one of the many beautiful local beaches.
