Se duplicó el número de confirmación, se nos apoyó en encontrar otro lugar pero no era el tipo de lugar que buscaba, se nos dio de "cortesía" una noche en nuestra próxima visita, esperemos no se repita la mala experiencia

Buen Hotel, regular personal.

El hotel esta muy bonito, tiene muchas áreas verdes y grandes árboles, mucha sombra en los jardines, muy bonito. El personal se ve desinteresado en el cliente, nadie hace nada por mejorar tu experiencia, por eso en general esta bien, solo no esperen muy buena atención.

Me gusta que el hotel es grande y bonito sin embargo es viejo y no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado , el agua no se puede regular bien , de repente sale solo agua caliente ardiendo y se batalla para regular , además el clima hace un ruido terrible ; otro punto es que las de limpieza pasan muy temprano haciendo mucho ruido , platicando y riéndose entre ellas desoertando a los huéspedes que siguen dormidos ; no hacen el aseo a tiempo en la habitación , se les pasan habitaciones y además el personal de recepción no es amable ni explica bien las cosas ; uno no se siente bienvenido .

Nice place, beds are bad but pretty

Swimming pool closed, rooms ok, beds really hard, lovely area and from the outside the rooms look lovely but they are “rustic” inside! Swimming pool was the main reason for staying there so when we discovered it was closed, it messed up the stay. Thankful for the wine so I could drink away my sorrows and drown out my kids wanting to use the pool!

decepción con bonitos jardines

Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, las cabañas se ven viejas y los baños necesitan urgente remodelación mi están a la altura de los jardines. No tener piscina disponible fue una enorme decepcion que además nos causo inconvenientes ya que ivamos a disfrutar las instalaciones y tuvimos que hacer vida fuera. Todo en el hotel se cobra a parte y es muy caro.

전반적으로 아주 좋습니다. 객실 및 주변이 깨끗하게 정리되어 있고 골프코스 및 테니스장, 수영장도 있어 호텔서 놀거리도 많고 가까운 거리에 관광지들이 있어 볼거리도 있고 좋아요. 단지 호텔건물은 오래된 건물인듯 최신식 시설이 아닙니다.

La alberca lleva meses cerrada "por remodelación", aunque en ningún momento se le advierte eso a los clientes que hacen su reserva. Es una falta absoluta de sentido común remodelar en plena temporada y lo peor es que no hay fecha para que la alberca vuelva a funcionar. El empleado de recepción se portó indolente y cínico. Según los mismos empleados del hotel, el gerente actual ha generado muchas quejas por decisiones similares.

Si hubiera sabido que no funcionaba la alberca hubiera buscado otra alternativa. Ademas el equipamiento de las habitaciones no esta a la altura de la tarifa. Falta refrigerador, cafetera, plancha, secadora, maq de hielo, y micro. Estaba sucio, con telarañas, y mobiliario y equipo viejo.
