"Beautiful old rooms with tall ceilings. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful walled in large yard.
Location is good. This side of town a little runned down "
"Boa localização, estacionamento no edifício porem é US$ 20,00 muito caro, na reserva me falaram que tinha estacionamento e ao me hospedar fiquei sabendo do preço, minha unica reclamação. "
"Although I had Expedia gmail confirmation that the hotel was booked, they were not expecting me and were fully booked!! How can this happen??
Luckily someone had just cancelled so there was a room available.
The hotel does not have any sign outside so it was very difficult to find and for a while I thought it did not exist! Do not be put off by this. There is a nice hotel behind those doors.

"It is a great place to sleep and go out and visit.
The couple who runs it, they are great! Very attentive!
It isn’t a luxurious B&B. It’s modest but nice and very well located in the city center!
5 ⭐️s!"

Concha y Toro 33 Hotel Boutique By Nobile
10/10 Excellent
"We had a truly wonderful experience at Concha y Toro Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff kindly let us store our luggage so we could head out and explore the city right away.
Andrea, the receptionist, was especially welcoming and went above and beyond. While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated.
Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts.
In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free.
Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

"Personally, I will never stay here again!
I stayed at the Residencial Metro Republica, during the first month of winter and it was a cold week. Having said that, it was SOOO cold in the room (You are rationed “Heat” from 7pm to 11 pm). If you wake up early or need to go to the bathroom, your room will be frigid. The heat you are given during the permitted hours is weak. You have to huddle beneath the covers in the morning and evening hours. I ended up sleeping in my down jacket just to keep my arms warm. My hands were freezing and needed to be kept below blankets while sleeping.
Other considerations are: Many hotels have a water warmer for coffee or tea in the rooms, they did not. It would have been nice so I could have made warm coffee, at least.
There was a weak Internet signal in my room- I could not watch videos.
The hotel is in an old building, but is in a good location near “El Centro”. It is a short walk to the metro or subway,
The shower had warm water, but the sink only had cold water. Showering was warm enough, but as soon as it ended, you were standing in a bathroom full of frigid air.
They have signs on the wall telling you to take short showers because “Cuidemos el agua”.
I think they use the excuse that they have gone “green”, but it is just insanity!
There is not a sign on the building, so it is a little hard to find. The place does seem secure as they keep the front door locked and you must be buzzed in.
Buyer beware!

"Property was really good and hosts were really helpful and friendly. Different from your classic hotels, it is a charming old building but very well maintained.
Room was bigger than normal and bathrooms had all the amenities.
They prepared pretty good breakfast for us every day as well.
Very close to the main street and metro station. If I am not wrong there are some nightclubs nearby as well. However this section of main street and even alleys were very deserted during most of our stay which was on a weekend. But 15-20 minutes walk towards east and you get to more lively area."
"The staff at this hotel could not be nicer. They looked after us in every way and always with a friendly, warm disposition. Highly recommend this place plus it is excellent value for money. "

"Casa Aure was our favorite hotel on all of our travels in Chile. It is in an excellent area, close to the metro, right on a bus line and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and museums. "
"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."
