"The inside of the hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and all spoke English. The facilities were spotless, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the location was unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown. Everything from restaurants and shopping to major tourist attractions was just a short walk away. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again."

We travel a lot and this place really was a good experience. Perfect and simple design with great attention to details. The cleaning is immaculate . We have the opportunity meeting the owner. "Ja estive em hoteis de 5 estrelas com muito menos tamanho e muito mais caro que este, me surpreendir , ficamos mesmo ao lado da estação, dava de ver o trem ir e vir, mas nao ouviamos nenhum barulho, as senhoras do salão de café da manhã, sao muito bem humoradas e fazem Um timo trabalho, as meninas da receção tiraram todas as minhas duvidas, senhoras da limpeza do quarto sempre trabalhando e atentas a limpeza ! Muito obrigada! Suer recomendo para pais com crianças! "
