"Very clean and tidy. Excellent staff. More staff required to avoid queueing at the bar at busy times. A bath would have been nice instead of just a shower. overall very good."

The biggest surprise was heated pool (main pool and kids slides), food was absolutely amazing, a lot of choice in breakfast and dinner (didn’t had lunch cos we were on half board). Nice bars for drinks and cocktails. We enjoyed to the max….. will definitely go there again. Highly recommended "

"The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. "Hotel was beautiful and room spacious and comfortable. There are many activities and the pool area is also amazing. Breakfast is delicious and location is super handy within walking distance from the beach and main street with loads of shops and restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful."

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. This was our third visit to this hotel, we are planning for our fourth "

"The hotel looks amazing. Check in seemed to take a long time to check in as there was only one person at the check in desk. The room on the royal adults only side was clean and nice. I didn’t like the key bracelet as it kept frying and getting too tight on my wrist.The magical restaurant look great but was unorganised with no one seeming to know what they should be doing as the tables were not clean away and reset up quickly and I was waiting for a coffee cup for over 20 minutes and had asked 3...

"Second visit to this hotel. Great for female holidaymakers with friends or on their own. Pool area & vibe fantastic. Very enthusiastic but low key aqua aerobics. Rooms / patio areas are lovely but watch out for the cats. Bit of a pest. Food is high quality but personally I found a little disappointing. Staff are wonderful. Will return."
