Great stay at Orosea! The place is brand new, like they just opened a week ago. As a result it was real quiet, but still very nice. Room was perfect and the location, while a 15 min walk to town, was perfect for us. We had transportation to get around, so the distance didn’t matter.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. The breakfast staff were excellent — very attentive, friendly and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the service elsewhere didn’t consistently feel five-star. The concierge team seemed disorganised at times. On arrival, we were told we would receive a WhatsApp when our room was ready, but this never came, and after 3pm we had to go back and remind them we were still waiting. We were also told our luggage would be taken to the room, but eventually had to call reception as our bags still hadn’t arrived. There was also confusion around our departure transfer. The evening before we were due to leave, we received a message saying our transfer had arrived. This made us lose confidence that it would be arranged correctly for the following day, so we organised our own. There was a lot of upselling, particularly around wine, which at times felt quite persistent. Housekeeping also felt fairly basic — the bed was made and towels replaced, but not much beyond that. The gym is an odd use of a large space, with several spin bikes but limited weight-training equipment. The hotel is also down a very uneven dirt track, and some taxis charged us extra because of the condition of the road. Overall, a beautiful property, but the service and attention to detail didn’t quite match what we would expect from a five-star hotel at this price point.

Oroséa is an amazing new hotel, but unfortunately, the main pool and the private pool in the room are not heated, and the water was so cold that we couldn’t use the beautiful pools at the property. The service is amazing, and the housekeeping team is doing a great job. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back!

What an amazing experience we had at this beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive to our needs. Special shout out to George, Gourgen, Eleni and Nicolas. I didn’t get the name of the ladies that were hosting us during breakfast but they were soooooo nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to Paros and Orosea. You definitely need a car so don’t listen to anyone that tells you otherwise.

Hôtel tout neuf. Design très étoffé. Contrastes forts entre les murs de pierre et la légèreté des brises soleils dans les espaces food and beverage. Les suites avec piscine sont extraordinaires. Demandez les chambres dans la partie basse du site pour avoir des vues complète sur la mer avec les champs en avant plan. Gym super. Piscine centrale superbe et très longue pour les nageurs. Services très adéquat pour un nouvel hôtel. Un sans faute. Ambiance très tranquille, très calme, idéal pour ceux qui veulent relaxer entre leurs visites journalières et leurs activités de soirée en ville.
