On the 1st floor (upstairs),

Additional information :

The studio is located in a Cycladic house that we renovated with its private entrance.
The balcony faces southwest and partly overlooks a small orange and lemon grove (no street/road).
It is equipped with a table with chairs and parasol to enjoy it every hour!.

Olympian-apartments (name of our house -https://olympian-apartments.com) is nestled at the end of a dead end street, in a quiet residential area, with jasmines and bougainvillea, and will offer you an ideal environment to relax and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek holiday : neighborhood of local inhabitants.

Our house is made up of 4 studios and 3 apartments (one of which we live in for part of the year); each is independent and therefore has its own private access.

We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels and tea towels).

Location :

Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of streets. Accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica.

Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes. It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.

Very nice stay in Paros

It was a very clean studio, the owners were very friendly! Everything is in a walking distance so that was also really nice. We will come back here!!

Wonderful hosts

Wonderful hosts with a meeting at the port and walk back to the apartment with tips of the island along the way. Aircon was fantastic and kitchenette was great too. Very comfortable and king size bed. About 10min walk to old town through residential area, felt safe however I was with my partner. Water gets everywhere when in the shower but not the end of the world. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, everything you need, great hosts!

The location of this apartment was perfect for walking to multiple areas - beaches, historic sites., dining and shopping. The hosts were super responsive and helpful in every way. The apartment was clean and comfortable - and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to Parikia!

Du charme tout au centre de parikia

Appartement très coquet propriétaires charmants. L'accueil au ferry par Hervé est plus qu'appreciable. Logement au calme d'une ruelle mais très bien situé car tout ce fait à pied La gentillesse de Jean Philippe et Hervé qui sont de bons conseils. Toujours un mot gentil et très appréciable ils nous ont gardé les bagages avant l'heure de notre bus

Superbe endroit

Magnifique résidence très très bien placée. L accueil, les conseils sont au rendez vous avec Jean Philippe et Hervé. Le studio est magnifiquement décoré et est très fonctionnel.

Cordialità e simpatia da parte del proprietario. Ambienti curati con buon gusto ed eleganza. Nulla viene lasciato al caso, neanche i particolari meno importanti. Il monolocale in cui siamo stati ospitati era ampio e molto confortevole. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous avons séjourné une quinzaine de jours en septembre dans un studio d'Olympian-Apartments à Parikia. Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir Jean-Philippe et Hervé qui sont toujours aussi accueillants, disponibles et soucieux de faire plaisir. On ne s'y sent pas de simples clients mais plutôt des hôtes très respectés. La propreté de la location est remarquable, le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Les échanges avec Jean-Philippe et Hervé sont très agréables et intéressants. Nous les remercions à nouveau chaleureusement pour ce deuxième séjour bien agréable sur l'île de Paros et y reviendrons certainement.

As at home

Our stay at Olympian Apartments was definitely pleasant and relaxing. Hervé and Jean-Philippe are very kind, attentive and helpful, providing us with useful information on the island. The house, very pretty, is in a quiet street just minutes from downtown Parikia, which can be reached comfortably on foot. The studios we stayed in were adequately furnished to the need for cooking and very clean. If we stay again in Paros we will definitely choose to stay in their apartments.

Une excellente adresse à retenir à Parikia

Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre de Parikia et proximité des plages, tout est réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables : un cadre raffiné, calme, typique et surtout la sympathie des propriétaires, discrets et à la fois présents, mais aussi toujours disponibles pour faciliter notre séjour en nous faisant partager leur connaissance de l île pour découvrir de très belles plages retirées des touristes, les sites et villages à visiter et leurs meilleures adresses de tavernes pour déguster les spécialités Grecques. Le temps passe trop vite et je vous conseille d organiser un séjour de 10 jours minimum vous ne le regretterez pas !! Encore merci à vous deux pour votre accueil, je pense déjà à un prochain séjour dans votre maison ! V.L

J'y retourne dès que je peux...

J'ai adoré ! Tout était parfait: de l'accueil chaleureux des hôtes, de la beauté incroyable du lieu, à la gentillesse des habitants ! Un séjour qui n'avait comme seul défaut d'être un peu trop court (1 semaine) .... quoique, je dirais probablement la même chose si j'y avais passe 2 semaines ! Je recommande chaudement !

Une excellente adresse pour des vacances à Paros

Un appartement plein de charme décoré avec goût, au calme . Les proprietaires Jean Philippe et Hervé sont très attentionnés. Nous avons pu profiter de leurs excellents conseils pour nos visites et leurs bonnes adresses pour découvrir la cuisine grec. Le temps c est arrêté et nous avons très vite adopter le pleinitude de Paros. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter pleinement de leurs vacances.
