Exochi 3 - Traditional sea view house (up to 4 persons)

The house was fully renovated in 2017 according to the traditional cycladic architecture. Located in Krotiri, a calm suburb of Parikia, where you can enjoy nature's tranquility while still being close to the town (5 minute drive), it can be set as your base so as to explore the island.
It belongs to the "Exochi Traditional Houses" complex, which consists of three independent and fully equipped houses that offer a majestic sea view and are only 500m away from the magnificent beach of Martselo.

The house is 70 sq.m. and consists of one bedroom with en suite bathroom, a living room/dining area, a kitchen and another full bathroom.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, a dressing table with chair, a three-door wardrobe, a/c and immediate access to the front terrace.
Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and washbasin. Essentials are included (toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products).
The living room has two sofa beds, television, a/c and a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking basics, dishes, utensils, standard size refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, dish soap) and combines with harmony the traditional with the modern element. In the middle of the room stands a decorative traditional oven where Panos' grandmother used to cook.
Both from the living room and the kitchen, you can exit to your private front terrace, where you can have your breakfast or meal while enjoying the breathtaking sea view.

Free WiFi, washer with detergent, hair dryer, iron and iron board, mosquito repellent machines, window/door screens, BBQ grill, private parking area and linens/towels are also included.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and spacious. The property is well kept and nicely landscaped.Our hosts were so kind and helpful! The location is great as you are only 15-20 minutes from the port and town. Also it is very quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great time, the property was very clean, cute, comfortable and practical. Panos and Barbara were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. There's a nice view and it's a very peaceful place to stay.
