"This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high."

"The toilet did not flush without me remove the top tank and pouring water in it. The bed comforters had paint in them. The floor had a tile lifting. The room was overall pretty nasty in need a major updates and cleaning. Staff super friendly and nice. "

"Nice hotel. Big indoor pool. It has a metal fence around it, which is weird. Bar is small, but ok. Breakfast was pretty good. No biscuits n gravy...disappointing for a hotel in the south. Potatoes were different; not necessarily bad, but not great. For a hotel that costs twice as much as a Drury Inn they could learn a heck of a lesson on breakfast and drinks from Drury. Also, it would be nice to have more than one employee checking people in during peak times. I was in a line with six people. In my one week vacation, this was, by far, the longest a check-in took. They also charged me a mysterious $209. Took three trips down to the front desk to get that "removed" from my bank acct. The hotel was very quiet as far as planes flying over. We didnt hear a single one. Area around the hotel is a slum. Stay alert. "

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Ashley, and the team at the Bar & Grill for their amazing service. The breakfast was high quality, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient and punctual. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I called to see if the pool was heated and was told it was.... When I got to the pool It was cold. I got in as far as my legs. The pool area itself was cold...which didn't help. Towels were laying around. I was VERY disappointed *especially* because I wanted to enjoy the stay. Other than my keys not working when I got up to my room, toothpaste on the bathroom counter, the most distressing was the shower. It made a loud screeching noise through half of my shower, I was able to video it and have it available. No one seemed interested in whether I enjoyed my stay... when I left. I interacted more with other guests than with the 2 people at the counter. Not what I expected .... "
