"Friendly host clean apt"

"Located in walking distance to many Cleveland attractions. Apartment was exactly what we expected. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, but other than that a great stay!"

"Very good location for walking or public transportation in Cleveland, and good parking. This is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, the description say both "kitchen and kitchenette" for some reason. The lighting in the room was a little dark, some more light options would be appreciated."

"The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in."

"Spacious house with lots of beds, but be prepared for steep steps and an additional $20/ bed fee, read the details. It's conveniently located to the west end/Ohio City. At the time of our visit, the house was dirty; however, Nick the manager, was surprised to hear it as he said it's usually spotless."

"Location was great for my purposes of enjoying a ball game, with everything i needed within an easy walk. The loft nature of the unit has a fairly long stair to the bedroom/bath area but it was fine for me. Communications were excellent, and really facilitated easy access to a property that is a bit unconventional in its layout."

"This apartment is in a great location in the theater district and very close to Progressive Field and bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite large, long and narrow and unique. It has a full kitchen but only plastic plates/bowls and not a lot of silverware. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable."

"This place worked out perfectly for us since we were in town for a family event, and our family lived just a short walk from the rental home. Because of this, we walked throughout this cute, historic neighborhood many times. What a fun, safe, and beautiful area. The home was clean, attractive, and we had everything we needed. "We stayed in the Fragile suite on our recent visit to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not only was it a short drive from the museums, but it was an unexpected treat to explore the neighborhood of Tremont, its walkability, history, restaurants and shops. Tammy was an excellent host and the suite was clean, comfortable, quiet, and playfully decorated! Hoping to return!"

"It would have been nice to be given details regarding parking; which added$64 dollars to my stay. While the property was safe, quiet with great dinning and night life options, the room itself was lacking. The all in one shower/toilet/ sink unit was nearly deadly. While the white tile was attractive, the lack of a simple squeegee left the tile very wet. The late night potty was an enter at your own risk situation. Wipe up the wet you say, well there were two wash clothes, two towels,...
