"The location is amazing. Directly across the street from the quiet end of the boardwalk, yet still just a block away from everything: beach, bars, restaurants, daytime and evening activities. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Only parking option is valet for $60. Seems like a lot, but they will retrieve your car forc you as often as needed--with a smile. That kind of service is worth paying for. The valet staff also holds the door for you every time you enter and exit. We went off-season, so I can't speak to the pool, but the area looks lovely, and nice to have an outdoor garden and pool area. We dont't drink, but the bar area was very nice, few pool tables and lively music/party atmosphere on Saturday night. Bar area is in the back of the hotel, easy access, but far enough away that we did not hear the noise in the lobby or in our room. We had a king size bed with a pull out couch and partial ocean view. Table for 4 and a desk. Great size for the two of us, would be doable for 4 people, but maybe not as comfortable for adults. Free water bottles in the room, and refilled as needed. Cold lemon water in the lobby, free coffee in the morning 6:30 am to 11 am. Cafe and multiple restaurants on site. We did not eat at the hotel, so no review on the food. Chiropractor convention and wedding at the hotel at the same time and never any noise or wait for services. In summary: A very well run hotel in a great location with lovely staff and great services. "

"The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel! Check in was smooth & the staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, the hotel spotless & the beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise level. We stayed in room 304. The guests that were staying in the room directly above us were very loud between 2am to 3am. It actually sounded like furniture was being moved around for 1 hour. Then the cleaning of that same room started at 8:50am the next morning, vacuuming included. Very loud and too early for guests staying in the room below that would like to sleep in after not sleeping well. We went home very tired. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star experience."

"We are a close knit work group working together for several years. Each year we pick a location in the tri state area to come together to celebrate our successes and decompress from the busiest time in our work cycle. We had a spectacular time at the Ocean Grove house. Great location to town and beach. It was spacious, clean and had the best layout accommodating 13 of us. We all enjoyed cooking in a spacious and well stocked kitchen. Host was ready and available if needed. Highly recommend this property!!"

"This was a perfect location. The access to bikes was great & allowed quick access to the boardwalk. The home was clean & well stocked with everything you’d need. I made the mistake of thinking the fire pit was propane and appreciated some wood to make a fire. This was a perfect spot for our sisters getaway."
