"All staff were very pleasant, Swimming pool bar, breakfast and reception all lovely and very helpful. We had a faulty plug in our sink. A maintenance man came to repair it before we even reported it, I assume the housekeeper had noticed it and had it fixed. Swimming pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location perfect."

"A four-star boutique hotel with the standards of a five-star property. The rooms and restaurant are definitely five-star quality. The pool is large and never too crowded, and there is also a small beach if you want to swim in the lake. Just bear in mind that the hotel is not easy to reach. You either need to drive your own car or arrange a car service. For example, the fare from the hotel to Milan is €240. Local buses are very crowded and can be almost impossible to board."
