Fully fenced private back garden with BBQ for year round outdoor living. Centrally located in downtown Parksville, minutes from Rathtrevor Beach, restaurants & amenities. Close to golf courses in Parksville, Nanoose & Qualicum. Bring the whole family and enjoy the island to the fullest.
The house is spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. With 4 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths, everyone can be comfortable and enjoy! The sprawling back yard is fully fenced, boasts producing apple trees, has plenty of space for running around.
The house is two levels. All 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the 2nd level. Kitchen, breakfast noon & sitting area are open concept. Formal living room with fireplace & dining room seating 6.
The Oceanside area is prone to power outages in the winter due to high winds. Crews work quickly to get everything up and running.
Peaceful family oriented neighbourhood.
