"I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. "This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Towels stained, bed stains, filthy floors, filthy shower curtain with black mold.
I understand it was a cheap option in a town with not many options, but take some pride in your work and make it livable.
Hair everywhere, bugs, etc. we couldn’t get out of there sooner. It was sad."
