No problem that the room wasn’t available for early check in, we wouldn’t expect that. However, they registered us and knew we were there so it was disappointing that the room was still not available when we returned at the 4pm check in time."

"We always stay here - it’s central and from within the rooms it’s quite quiet. We did have to change rooms this time due to being close to the stairwell, but we had a night of our parking comp’d due to the inconvenience. Will be back! "
