"Staying over NYE is a particularly busy time in NYC. We stayed 7 lovely nights in a two room corner suite, which was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel was at capacity. Regardless , rooms were clean and in good condition. We had a glitch at check-in: though they confirmed that we were 4 people, there was only one kind bed. They said they don’t have any more roll-aways. But they located some and fixed everything before bedtime. The doormen was alway cheerful and helpful. The location is very central; close to a number of subway lines going all directions. Overall we enjoyed the Warwick an would recommend it for a family stay in NYC. Note that this hotel is just a hotel: no shop, no restaurants, or food service. The housekeeping was generous. We made good use of the coffee machine and kettle! "
