"Beautiful property. Ice machine was kinda inconvenient bc I had to walk 2 buildings over to get the ice. And sadly, the waterfall was just more than a trickle (but not the property's fault bc it is managed by nature and rainfall). But the hottubs were down and that was one of the reasons I chose this location. But the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY."

"Great complementary breakfast, great staff"

"Hotel overall was nice and Staff was mostly attentive. We had a 4th floor balcony room overlooking the lake and the views were beautiful. We ordered room service the first night and it was delivered quickly and pleasantly. However, our room did have a lot of areas where dust was allowed to build up in corners and edges of shelving, especially in the bathroom, on tissue box and on the wooden trashcan, etc. When we checked out on the 18th I tried to tell the checkout desk that our room was not...

"The unit was very spacious, clean and well kept. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, bathroom and bedroom. We enjoyed the fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony was very large, with table, chairs, ceiling fan, and outside lighting. The view from the balcony was beautiful, serene, and peaceful."

"Beautiful Hotel with lots of character. Unfortunately we NEVER received any housekeeping during our 6 night stay. And the transgender bartender was extremely RUDE!!!"

"He does the little things great adding up to the big details making a great venue. First class staff, and facilities…… well worth every penny."

"Mini Golf course was very nice."

"Loved the quietness of the fall season, clean rooms bed was comfy and the two person jetted tub was also a fav! The Internet is lacking even if one device is all you have. They offer free water toys, shuttle to silver dollar city, and more. Pizza world onsite was great. So be prepared and they do offer and upgrade for a price. But we managed. They will ask you to sign up for their tour for ownership or membership. If you do this they offer incentives like coupons for their marina, or a gift card...

"Clean room and comfy beds. The room with bunks was perfect for our family of 5!"

"The room was right next to fire pump. Keep kicking on every hour. No view from room kept the curtains closed. Someone was smoking outside in hall way. Sounded like smoke alarm was going off for about a half hour."

"Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen"
