"Perfect area within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotels.com advertises that there is air conditioning however when we tried to adjust it from 27 degrees celsius ( 80 Fahrenheit) it was locked. There was a open window in the room that could not be closed even when you were out for the day. The lock was on to stop it. At night it was very noisy with people singing, people throwing out the garbage, and general night life. We were woken up at 1am a few times. Additionally, every time the room above showered it would drip constantly. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. I recommend to pay the city tax with small bills, because the hotel won't be able to give you change. "

"I received a free upgrade from Standard to Superior. The room was very spacious with a couch, desk, and even a little outdoor patio. The bathroom is quite luxurious with a waterfall showerhead and heated floors. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, except that you could hear (and feel) when a nearby tram went by, but it was very minimal and would only be a problem to someone very sensitive to that sort of thing. Other than that, I couldn't hear any noise from the street or from the neighboring rooms. The hotel has an elevator, but it is very small, only big enough for one person at a time. So, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, it could make it a bit difficult to get everything to your room easily, but for most people, it is more than adequate. The location is great. It's right in the city center, making things easy to walk to. There are also multiple tram stations nearby. It was raining the two days I was there, and I didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel had some available for free for guests at the front door, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I was really pleased with my stay, especially considering how reasonably priced the room was! I would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel is very centrally located. Street parking or valet parking were available. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Welcome drink was provided."

"All the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you are an older traveler figure out the easiest route to hotel by bus. Or you left climbing a huge hill that’s approximately 1/2 long. They have coin laundry and drying machines but not for people staying there was going to see how much and they first time offered to wash for us and charged very reasonable and the near the end of our stay went to see if they could was and said to us “we don’t offer laundry service anymore. Didn’t say anything just was left a little dumbfounded. But would recommend this hotel it’s a good 3 start hotel just start working out on big hill the month prior to staying hehehehhe"
