"The position of this property is fantastic, although our overall impression was somewhat spoilt because of extreme weather which resulted in leaks from the bay window. We also had a problem with the shower in the en-suite. Having said this we cannot fault the owner's response to these difficulties as she made a personal visit to try and sort out the shower and had previously had remedial work done to the bay window. "Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager"
