"Spent a long weekend enjoying the beautiful spring in Old Town Park City. This property was perfectly stocked, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, cozy, and conveniently located near the heart of town. We enjoyed hiking, walks with the dogs, and great food on Main Street. The owner was responsive and communicative. Nothing but good things to say about this house. Definitely recommend this property for couples, families, or groups of friends."

"Great location. The house is “worn,” which is not reflected in photos. The house was also not clean. Walking around the bedroom I found old eyelashes and contacts on the bottom of my socks. Further my socks were dirty just walking around the bedroom. The house is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Someone in the house got an eye infection likely due to dirty bedding. "

"It was a nice big condo that was within walking distance to downtown Park City. A perfect place for our first time to Park City. "

"A comfy, spacious, and spotlessly clean house with an ideal downtown location and a private hot tub on the back deck. The only thing that would’ve made our stay better was more snow. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the property! It’s so nice to have 4 full bathrooms since four couple couples stayed at the home. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plates, glassware, and utensils. It is truly Ski and Ski out and a short walk to many bars and restaurants."

"The Perch was a wonderful venue! I was amazed at how well the venue accommodated our group of 18 with plenty of space to spare. The location was incredible and close to the lifts and downtown and amenities were outstanding. Highly recommend."
