HC comes to PC

The property was a great location andworked out good for us. However, only 1 bath on the 2nd floor was not ideal w 2 families together. Also, having to walk through the bedroom to the loft wasnt ideal. However, the view and location was great.

Nice townhouse. The next-door neighbors are loud and the unit is right next to the street but there is not excessive traffic. There is no air conditioning and there was only one fan despite three bedrooms. Minor irritations included no paper towels and we were left only one dishwasher tab for a five day stay.

Park Meadows Condo

The condo was pretty much as advertised. The location was on the bus line. Check in was easy. Wifi was good. Beds and lines were just OK and could use updating. The kitchen had all the gadgets but the appliances were just OK, somewhat worn. The property is older. The condo met our needs and was more affordable than other properties in Park City. All the properties are expensive, one just wishes they got more for the buck. That is a Park City issue, not this property. The place was quiet and parking easy! No garage access available to us with this unit. There are outside decks but because it was winter, we did not use the decks.

Our opinion about the condo

The place was dirty! Dirty rug, dog hair on couch Dirty windows, dirty screen, did also not roll open or close, wheels rusted or not there. B B Q dirty! Neglected condo. Patio fence had big crack However, nice location, lots of hot water and good heating system. Showerhead downstairs needs new one! Hope you understand that for what we paid, we were not happy and you need to know!, Olga and Paul Rush

Short vacation whilst visiting family in area.

Clean well equipped and an electric kettle was a huge win for us hot tea drinkers. Huge improvement if carpet cleaned or replaced , unit felt dated and bit worn, but didn’t stop us enjoying the quiet convenient location. Lovely walk into park city and local transport if needed.

Lovely location, good home, mediocre service.

The house was not cleaned properly, each window frame had piles of dead flies. I wouldn’t leave this comment if only we’d not find the same situation in another Vacasa house in the same complex. The other house is even worse, but I’ll better comment on it later. Also local Vacasa office knows next to nothing about how to fix Internet (I was left to manage that myself), or where to trash the garbage. Btw I haven’t seen any recycling bins in any of the houses.

Great for city transit

Place is totally clean and functional. 50 yards to bus stop. 10 minutes to PC lifts. It truly has 3 bedrooms. Top floor has beds.

Good place in Racquet Club

Good place with most of what you need for a stay with up to six people. The hot water was hot, the larger TV was appreciated and the proximity to Park City activities was nice. There are a few characteristics of this house that are less than ideal: the third story loft is open to the second bedroom and you must walk through the bedroom to get to the loft; there are two bathrooms/showers and one is off the kitchen; there are no closets in the master bedroom that you are allowed to use (and the others are stuffed with household items); you do not have access to the garage (bummer during bad weather); pet friendly means dog hair on the couch; Vacasa did not supply extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags (we left you some...you're welcome); there is very little food storage space in the kitchen; there is no hot tub. I have been renting houses in this neighborhood for many years, and this one is less updated than others. But, it is also cheaper and has what you need to get by and be reasonably comfortable.
