Inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers dining for up to six people, and the cozy living area opens onto a patio with seating for two. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

This will be our second trip back to this same condo! The location, private hot tub and comfort is unbeatable for the price! There were tons of extra items stocked in the house!! We cannot recommend this place enough, the beds are also super comfortable!!

Our unit 1D was excellent! Location was walking distance to the Cabriolet. Good parking in garage. Beautifully decorated and had everything you need to feel right at home. They take good care of this property. Would book again on next trip.

Everything we wanted from our condo in the Canyons. Clean, well appointed, and updated amenities. A decent walk to the cabriolet, but absolutely would stay here again. Awesome property!

We loved our stay at this place. The kitchen and amenities were just what we needed! Plenty of blankets and towels for cozy relaxing. The gas fireplaces provided the winter wonderland vibe and the hot tub was new and such a nice addition for after skiing or warming up our muscles before heading out. We would definitely rent this unit again!

This place was absolutely fantastic. Comfortable beds and very clean and quiet. Easy access to back patio where kids could play in the snow. The private hot tub was well maintained and very much needed after a day of skiing. The kitchen was also great with a nice Viking range. We will definitely be back.

The property and location were great. Perfect for accessing the Canyons via the Cabriolet lift. Just a short drive to Main Street and Kimball Junction. The property itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was equipped with enough dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The cleanliness of the dishes was the best I’ve seen in any rental house Ive stayed in. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and were also very clean. We enjoyed having a private hot tub to soak away our aches from skiing all day. We didn’t use the fitness center or neighborhood hot tub, but they are just a short walk across the parking lot. The property management company was easy to work with. They proactively reached out prior and to our arrival and checked in on things throughout our stay. Having been to PC many times, this was our favorite location and stay so far.

We had a wonderful stay December 2021 with our family of 4. The property was as pictured, clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Management was fast to respond to questions and even offered to bring us a Keurig if we preferred that over a regular coffee maker. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s home and not a rental property. The private hot tub, views and location made it a great stay. We will definitely be booking again and would recommend to friends and family.
