Situated in the heart of Old Town Park City and across the street from City Park, this homes' sought-after local puts you within walking distance from many exciting activities and locations including Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and the Park City Golf Course. You will also be steps from the bus stop, where you can easily take the free transit throughout the town including Canyons Resort, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction.

This unit has 1,050 square feet over three bedrooms and two bathrooms, to sleep up to nine guests in complete comfort.

This property was fantastic! About 8 minute walk to the lifts and maybe a 20 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of bed space to fit our whole group too!

It is a nice older eclectic property that is within walking distance of the main Park City Resort and about a mile from downtown. There were a couple of issues at first, but management was very responsive and genuinely concerned. Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed the property, had a good stay. Cost 75 for an early check in which I understand but think is a little ticky tack to charge if the home is already available. After paying that we were outside without the correct door code for the early check in. However overall we had no issues with the house or the host and would absolutely return!

The property is exactly as advertised, offering three spacious rooms with ample closet space, perfect for storing ski gear. The bathrooms were well-appointed, though the water pressure in the showers was extremely low.There are two convenient parking spots, and the property management company was prompt and responsive to any questions. The house is about a 10-minute walk to town, but during inclement weather, the bus stop is less than a 2-minute walk away, providing an easy alternative. The house was missing a few things we needed including ziplock bags, an adequate lighter to start fires, and soap, but we were easily able to pick these up at a 7-Eleven which was next door.That said, there are a few concerns to be aware of, though none are within the owner’s control:Thin Walls: The walls are very thin, so if your neighbors are noisy, you’ll hear absolutely everything. During our stay, one neighboring unit's occupants smoked marijuana frequently, and the smell somehow permeated into our unit daily. This was particularly unpleasant upon our arrival.Street Noise: The bedroom facing the front of the property overlooks Park Avenue, a very busy street. Light sleepers may find it difficult to sleep due to the noise from buses, plows, and traffic.Overall, the property has many positives, but potential renters should consider these points..
