PC skiing

Great location. Comfortable living space and furniture. View to the slopes easy ski access. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay in Park City

We had an excellent stay at Powder Pointe 301A! Spacious condo with an incredible view of the Park City slopes. The condo is well lit and has efficient heating and a large kitchen with utensils and supplies. The bathrooms came with enough towels for the 4 of us and plenty of storage/space for our ski gear. The condo is in a great location, walking distance or a short uber ride away from Main Street restaurants. Highly recommend for a ski trip in Park City!

Great location and Customer Service

We really enjoyed our stay. The manager of the unit checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend this spot!

Nice weekend stay.

Great location. Can see First timer ski lift across the street. Apartment very clean with attention to detail. Enough beds for six people. Next to bus stop to go to Main Street.

The great - location can’t be beat, and the space itself was exactly what we were looking for - two bedrooms/two bathrooms, a full kitchen and some space to hang. The towels are soft and the beds are comfortable. The not so great - while exactly as advertised, the condo is tired - the photos vs reality remind me of the beauty filters for social media - the paint, the fixtures, the build up in the shower and tub, the very used and scratched pans - it reminds me of my first apartment after college, when we accepted everything anyone was willing to give us. It also took us a night to learn that the thermostat only controls the heat in the main room - you have to turn on the wall unit in the downstairs bedroom for there to be heat in that room.The verdict - no regrets about the booking but not sure we’d stay here again.

Great layout and location

Lovely top-floor condo with view of Park City half pipe and lifts. Updates unit was clean with large kitchen, comfy beds, and ample hot water. Great location with easy access to bus stops, PCMR, and grocery store. Prop mgr was very responsive to my pre-checkin questions. Would stay here again!

Everything was good except the beds.

The only thing we had a hard time with were the beds. It's lacking a king size bed. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

February Break

The location was wonderful but the unit defiantly felt a bit run down, it needed a little fix up.

Great Location but Kitchen Lacked Necessities

The location was a short walk to the lifts in Park City. The kitchen lacked many of the basic things expected in a rental. Overall, the unit was decent but the kitchen made it difficult for us to cook some of our meals.

Great location!

This is a great location. Just a walk across the street and parking lot to the lifts. Big Jacuzzi! The place was clean and comfortable. A couple of things they could do to make it be better. There was no cookie sheet which I thought was odd and only 3 hangers in each closet. The loft could more outlets or at least a charging station so you can charge phones by bedside.

Cozy, great location, needs a little maintenance

Overall really great, everything was smooth. iTrip property that is well-managed, good communication, everything smooth.Property itself could use a little refresh / tune up. Just a couple small maintenance things, nothing major. Would have liked to see some ceramic casserole dishes for leftovers, and a couple of pans / cookie sheets that are oven safe.

Convenient and Pleasant Mountainside Stay

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Powder Pointe! The home was convenient and clean. We had an issue with our door code upon checking in, but within seconds a text to the help line was responded to with a new code. The management was very attentive and helpful during the stay. The unit needed some basic maintenance (lightbulbs out, lamps unplugged and placed without outlets nearby, shower drain cover loose) but nothing that impeded our stay. The in-building laundry is convenient, but bear in mind it only takes quarters and there is no change machine on site. We would stay here again!

Short visit, great location, would stay in the future

Great place, unfortunately the heat wave prevented us from being able to stay in the property since the unit does not have a/c. Property management was so nice and actually reached out to us first to check on us due to hotter then usual weather.

Good location to Park City Mountain

Condo is outdated, furnishings are very worn. Have to be very cautious of hot water use. Other than that the condo is across the street from mountain

Great location and quick communication with host/management

Our stay was as expected… Not the fanciest property we have stayed in, but everything was sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the location to the ski lifts was good. Walkable to several restaurants and the grocery store and pharmacy was helpful. We had some minor issues that were quickly resolved by the management company and host. Good communication was very helpful. Only annoyance to note was that we had was timing the showers so we would not run out of hot water - but that is my kids’ long showers fault … not the property! Ha!

Location Was the Key

Really could not beat being so close to the hill. As others have said, the property is dated and in need of some repairs. In particular, the sliding glass door to the balcony does not open and let's cold air in. For two guys who just want to ski it worked fine.

Weekend at Park City

Spacious condo on the 3rd floor. You can see the parking lot and ski lift from the balcony. CONS: The condo does need some updating: bath faucets, bath vanity and cabinets, bath tub needs to be refinished, need updated shower doors, mirrors. The kitchen faucet needs to be secured. There are some cracks/lines in the drywall (near fireplace, back living room wall). Bar stools are too high for the counters. PROS: walking distance from the ski lift, covered parking is available
