Perched over Main Street in the heart of downtown Park City, there truly could not be a better location to experience all that Park City has to offer!

This private luxury home in historic Old Town sits on a small side street behind the Wasatch Brew Pub at the top of Main Street. A superb location for the Sundance Film Festival, access to all three of our world class ski resorts, and summer Arts Festivals. Walk to all shops, dining and nightlife, to Town Ski Lift, or to the Public Transit hub just a few blocks away which will take you anywhere in the Greater Park City area you would like to go, including the Canyons Village or Deer Valley Resort areas.

This beautiful luxury home offers lodging for 12 guests. A rare gem in the downtown district, this home offers a sizable outdoor space with mature trees, covered 8 person hot tub, and grill for cookouts. The interior main level of the home has an open concept living into dining area, with elegant fireplace, new technology flat screen TV, and fully stocked kitchen.

The main level offers King master with ensuite bath with a large closet and a King bedroom suite with adjacent bath. The upper level contains a second King master has a beautiful vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, ensuite bath, and a large walk-in closet. The lower level has fourth bedroom with Queen bed, adjacent bath, and a kids recreation space with two sets of twin bunks. A 60 inch flat screen entertainment area and a laundry room are all on the lower level.

This home is perfect for corporate Sundance Film Festival visits, family ski trips, and friends and singles trips to take advantage of fabulous location near Historic Main Street!

This home does not have AC, which is common in Park City due to dry and breezy summer climate. Also, the driveway and garage are small so no large SUVs. No vehicle need as location is perfect for walking Historic Main Street, to Town Lift, and on free bus transit to get to all resorts.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights & 5 days. There were 5 adults and 4 teenage boys and we had plenty of room for all to spread out and have personal space, when needed. We all agreed the beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. Much appreciated since we pushed our aging bodies to the limit on the slopes for 3 days!! Kitchen was well-stocked and organized. The rental was extremely clean! Thanks for allowing us to stay. Your place is lovely!

We had a great experience staying at the Top of Main Street, 62. Plenty of room for our family, terrific location for the arts festival - we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed here for a family reunion and it worked out perfectly for us. The house is right at the top of Main St. and had 4 spacious bedrooms in addition to the bunk room. The backyard was beautiful. We can’t wait to be back!

This house was wonderful for our group of friends that traveled to Park City for a ski trip! There were plenty of bedrooms to sleep our group comfortably and the convenience to downtown is unmatched! Highly recommend this house for anyone that wants to be in the heart of it all in Park City.

The best thing about this house was its location. The bedrooms and baths were ample but tired. The living area was way too small (and tired) for a house that can sleep 12 (we had 10 guests). The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. I would probably not rent here again.

The location and amenities were great. My only concern was the fold out sofa bed, which should not be strongly considered as a legitimate sleeping option, so plan accordingly. The rest of the rental was fantastic and logistics leading up to signing for the keys is intuitive. You're 15 minutes from Jackson Hole and 15 minutes from town. The kitchen is well stocked with accessories, condiments, spices, etc. The twin beds are a bit on the small side. The location is wonderfully rustic - saw a moose on the road outside of the rental coming back from dinner one night.

Overall our large family enjoyed our Christmas ski trip to Park City and this property. The property management company was easy to deal with and even allowed us early access. There were a few small issues we encountered during/after our stay. First the hot tub was being filled as we were checking in. We were supposed to be given chlorine tabs to add to the water over our eight night stay but the girl doing the cleaning indicated it was not necessary as she had already added some in the floater. Issue: Hot tub was not super clean when we got there and the management company withheld a portion of our security deposit because they said they had to empty it and refill. I would think the hot tub would be emptied, cleaned and refilled prior to an eight night stay for 12 people. The very high cost of the rental during the Christmas/New Years timeframe would more than cover the usage of the property and the nominal cost to clean and refill the hot tub. Second: this house is located in a good location behind the brewery in town and the Trolley stops right at the property if you wave it down. Issue: When there is a lot of snow the Trolley doesn't always run. It is a long, hard uphill walk in ski boots to get back to the house. Third: there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. A pull out sofa in the basement is broken and cannot be used as a bed as advertised, some blinds need to be replaced as they have been broken/showing heavy wear and finally, there was supposed to be a working gas fireplace in the upstairs master bedroom but it would not function during our stay. An additional note: the outdoor trash and recycle cans were not emptied prior to our rental and we had to call the management company about them. Also, when there is a lot of snow, the road in front of the property is plowed but the tenants have to shovel the driveway.

Fantastic location for being in and out of town and hitting the mountains. We had friends stay up at canyons that would come down to meet us using Ubers or the shuttle.. the premium is more than worth it for this location. Space was very clean and more than enough for our group of 12. The recommendations provided in the booking manual was also a plus !

Property was okay - conveniently located just off main street. Layout was a bit odd. Lots of bed space but not very much living area and galley kitchen was too small for the number of people sleeping there. In addition the oven vent did not work so place smoked up easily when cooking and there were mice seen. All in all, okay but not a dream house.

Great place to stay for a Park City ski trip. The location is close to all the action and the free trolley will pick you up and drop you off at the mountain so you don't need to worry about parking or walking with your gear. Parking at the location is very difficult and tight, but there is a free parking lot near. Would definitely come back.

We were in town for 4 days for a family wedding. The pictures do not do this home justice! Completely updated, clean, well stocked and PERFECT location! Hot tub, beautiful back yard, comfortable beds. Our questions were answered quickly. Don't hesitate to book this. If we are ever back in PC, we sure will!

This was nothing but better than we expected! We were a multigenerational family wanting to reunion and be “downtown” and “this was the place!” It has plenty of spacious bedrooms; lots of bathrooms, a downstairs kids space, and parking for three cars!!! And the kitchen, though small, was state of the art, and stocked with much more kitchenware and dinnerware than we could use! We are trying to figure out how to use it again. Chuck and Judy Smith

This was a great space for multiple families and older kids. The layout of the home provided for separation and good common areas. While the off street parking was nice, the driveway is very challenging for bigger vehicles. The lack of air conditioning in July made for very warm afternoons and evenings in the house. In the fall, this would likely be a perfect spot.
