Great location and mountain views make this one of the most desirable Town Pointe units. It is a spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped three bedroom condo all on one level. Sleeps 8. Private hot tub. Walk to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain and all of Old Town's shops and restaurants in minutes! The primary suite has a king bed with a large bathroom. There's a junior suite with a king bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen and one set of bunk beds. There is a bathroom for the third bedroom just outside in the door in the hall.

Living room: Leather sofa and love seat plus two comfy chairs. 65" HDTV with HD cable service. Brand new gas burning fireplace!

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Well-equipped for preparing meals.

Dining room: Seating for up to 8 at the table, seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

Primary bedroom- King bed, HDTV, large attached bathroom.
Junior Suite - King bed, HDTV, large attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

PC Arts Festival and birthdays weekend getaway

A great location for getting to and from the festival (Main Street), restaurants and other activities. A cozy place to stay with everything we needed. It was a little too hot in the bedrooms the first night and two of the rooms could have benefited from a ceiling fan--but the temperature dropped on our second day and it was very comfortable.

It was a quick walk to Main Street or the bus stop to get anywhere you needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic condo in park city

Rented this unit for a 4 night ski vacation with some friends. The location is perfect with downtown main st and the town loft both a very short walk away. The condo was clean and well appointed for a ski trip. A++++ llisting

Close to trails

Townhome was clean. Close to Main Street and trails. My kids loved the skate park and rec parks close- short walk. If you are a light sleeper it is noisy due to no air conditioning. Temperatures at night cool things off with the windows open, but then you hear the noise from people passing by or loud motorcycles. Overall we would stay again.
