Beautiful property and location

Great property. We were on the back side of the house - there are 4 rentals under 1 roof here. I don't know that this was clear when we rented. There is a bit of consistent road noise in the master bedroom, as you're really close to 224. But the place is lovely. Ducks in the pond. Snow. It was wonderful.

Enjoyed the stay

We really enjoyed the home and it had everything we needed to relax for a quick getaway. Our kids loved playing in the streams in the neighborhood. We did some great hikes at Canyons and even found one closer to town that leads you up to look at old mining shafts.

Ideal location and property

Awesome townhome near the canyons - it’s easy to get to town and the highway. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. The only drawback while there in the summer is the road could be a little loud with the windows open. Overall great stay and value. Would definitely rent again!

Great Sundance stay!

We were two couples that stayed here for Sundance. Location was perfect!!!...and though we had a vehicle the bus stop was within very easy walking distance. The condo is very cozy and we loved that both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Also enjoyed the easy use of gas fireplace and convenient parking. After hectic days, this was a very comfortable place to come home to in the evening. Look forward to staying here again!

Xmas break - worked well

Property manager was very accessible and helped us check in early, many thanks. Condo main area and kitchen nice size for three kids to hang out easily. TV and fire great for post skiing down time. Hot tub towels would be a nice add. Quiet and safe area with friendly neightbors.

GREAT CONDO!

We loved the location, it was very relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for. When we arrived the refridgerator was not working and dripping water, we called the number provided and the maintenance guy called and ended up switching us to another condo, since we hadn't unpacked all the way it wasn't an issue for us. Thanks for a great weekend.
