Fantastic 2 bed steps from Deer Valley Skiing.

This is a beautifully presented 2 bed condo right at the center of Deer Valley ski resort that has been FULLY remodeled for 2023, with new furniture, bathrooms, flooring - everything!
Relax in the large, comfy great room with beautiful vaulted ceilings and cozy gas fire, and soak in the views of the Deer Valley Resort or take a short walk to enjoy the amenities - summer and winter; dining, skiing, mountain-biking, concerts... It's all within 300yds. With a Kingsize bed and cozy nook (queen sleeper) in the master suite and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 baths and a cute deck, this fully renovated condo is positively palatial for 6 people.

Across the street from the condo, the free Deer Valley shuttle runs continuously throughout the day and will shuttle you to and from the base lodge should the walk seem less than appealing. Deer Valley also provides free ski valet, so after the first day, you can simply leave your skis in the afternoon and collect them in the morning when you are ready to go. It couldn't be easier!

There are two living areas in this newly extended condo. Both have an instant gas fireplace to ensure a cozy feel from the moment you step in. The full kitchen has plenty of room for the gourmet in your group. Pamper yourself with a king bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen in the newly built second bedroom. It is new and luxurious! Not to mention that the floor to ceiling windows give you a full view of the ski runs - what a great way to start the day.

Modern front loading washer and dryer in the unit provide the ultimate convenience that many would refuse to be without .

Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge provides over night ski storage ~ the access to the slopes could not be easier.

I live here full time in Park City and so am able to answer questions as they arise, before and throughout your trip, although I will leave you to enjoy your vacation if I don't hear from you!! I will also provide you with a wealth of info when you book with discounts for ski rentals, and après ski ideas.
Check- in is remote so no need to collect keys during working hours.

This neighborhood is truly a gem. The condo provides a beautiful spot with privacy and mountain views that are amazing in both summer and winter. It is steps from the Deer Valley Ski Resort, yet less than a mile from park City Main Street. In the summer, you can access 00's miles of trails from right outside the door. There is a beautiful lake area across the road from condo and the Deer Valley Cafe, situated 100yds away is a renowned for a casual breakfast, coffee or lunch.

Park City's free city shuttle also stops right in front of the condo building and takes you to Main Street as well as other spots around town including Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. This gives you an easy way to enjoy all of the ski resorts at Park City. If you chose to bring a car, there is reserved, free underground parking - very convenient. (please do note that the garage has a max height of 74 inches so fits a large SUV without a roof box, but not a van)

GREAT LOCATION

Very nice condo would be a great place for (2) couples. Walking distance to Deer Valley resort and a very short drive to Main St. Host was spot on when a question arose, great communication. I would definately rent here again.

An incredible home. Steps from skiing.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything you could need and was perfect for our family. It was only steps away from ski school and the lifts. We would highly recommend anyone staying here. There was also a couple of great fireplaces to cozy up after a cold day on the mountain.

Great space, well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The upstairs room with the den / couch bed was perfect for us and our young kids and the downstairs bedroom was great for grandma and grandpa. Check in / parking situation was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Nice. But not ski in ski out.

Very nice, albeit expensive property. Only two complaints. One, it's not ski in ski out. And two, there were remarkably few amenities. No soap. No kleenex in the master suite. Teeny tiny shampoo. For more than 1k per night, cmon.

Great getaway spot

Came to Park City for a wedding over the summer. The location was near the downtown area with easy bus or shuttle transportation. Everything was clean with nice furnishings and a great deck area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect one bdrm condo - great location!

I loved staying here during the Sundance Film Festival. Easy access to skiing, main st, and all the Sundance venues. Plenty of secure parking under the building away from the elements!

Cozy condo, great location!

This condo had a very cozy/homey feel. I especially loved the patio. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location is great. It is a very short walk to Snow Park lodge and also very close to the bus stop. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Wonderful Accommodations

This was the perfect spot for a father/son ski trip. Bed was so comfortable, condo was clean and well-equipped, and the location to Deer Valley was ideal. Communication with the manager was excellent. We'll be back!

Great location for ski school

The apartment is a 5 min walk (or hop on the parking shuttle) to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley. It’s very comfortable and well equipped. One item of note for families with small children, there is no dining table. Also the apartment is upstairs and there are no elevators, so pack accordingly! Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Fall Overnight in Deer Valley

Perfect property for our overnight stay in Deer Valley. Property exactly as described. Great access to Deer Valley hiking trails. So easy to get to Main Street for dinner out. Never had to get in the car! Susie was so easy to work with. We will definitely return for a ski trip this winter!

Stop scrolling! This is the place for you and your family/friends: perfect location and perfect accommodations. You will not be disappointed with this newly updated, tastefully appointed space. Perfect Location Close to Snow Park Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at Courchevel. The building itself is a bit older but the unit is recently renovated, clean and well laid out. Susie was extremely helpful and everything in the condo worked smoothly. Its about a block from Snow Park Lodge and the Park City bus stops right out front about every 15 minutes so we almost never needed to use our car. Included underground parking was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again the next time that we ski at Deer Valley!

What a great condo in an amazing spot.

We were there in the fall and the hiking and biking were amazing. We stored the bikes in the locked underground garage and could ride out right from there. You can see where the ski hill is, just across the road from the condo. It made me excited for winter. We sat on the little balcony every evening and loved the ambiance of the area. Inside is clean and well laid out, lots of nice kitchen ware. We were VERY happy here.

Lovely & Convenient

The unit was exactly as I expected. Neat, clean, and oh so very close to the shuttle, bus lines and Deer Valley. I did not have, nor did I need, a car. Walked into PC for shopping and meals; free bus ride home! Susie was a dream to work with. I'd go back in a second!
