"Great to have a suite with big desk and living room. Enjoyed free breakfast options. But, they let the pool turn green, and the car-gate was broken and open. Front desk staff were all great!"

"Overall, this hotel provides good service, with friendly staff, decent facilities, and a diverse selection of breakfast options. If I come again next time, I would likely stay here again. There are two minor drawbacks that need improvement: I observed two or three customers unable to access their rooms due to malfunctioning room keys. Additionally, the metal L-shaped brackets securing the mattresses have sharp edges, and I got cut when getting out of bed!"

"We had to book this at the last minute so it wasn’t our first choice at all. It’s undergoing renovations so the front drive wasn’t usable and the elevator went out while we were carrying our luggage down. Our next door neighbors were noisy and the location is in a bad area for walking and the local DART station is so sketch the downtown homeless guys warned us not to hang around there when they heard us saying what station we were going to. "This property is pretty good. The staff were always nice when I spoke with them. The laundry service is free other than a small charge for detergent. Negatives, the top sheets didn’t quite fit the bed. The property is right by the interstate with significant construction going on so if you’re noise sensitive it’s a consideration. There is dining options on the other side of the interstate that you can get to fairly easily but you need to cross the overpass to get there. The property itself is...
