"WiFi did not work and the process to access it was cumbersome. The staff, while they tried, were not able to assist, ultimately, I was able to access it in the lobby, barely but lost it as I went to my room."

"Great staff, peaceful location, incredible food (breakfast was good, but dinner was superb, including the great wine selection from local vineyards). I also got upgraded and my room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic hotel and I will definitely be staying here again! Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I've had since my honeymoon!"

"Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are nice however they could've been cleaner. Breakfast in the morning is great. Hotel is great only as a getaway; to stay there and commute to the city where everything is highly inconvenient and costly by uber. Majority of uber drivers had difficulty finding the hotel as it's located in the mountains. Expedia has listed at the time there's shuttles available for the area but there were none."

"Immaculate and huge villa with a great pool and stunning setting. It’s a good 45min car ride from Barcelona centre. "

"Paula did not fix the bidet and a/c spew some dirty. I would have given her 5 but the lack of commitment and care is evident. I was surprised that she also wanted us to throw the garbage when she is charging cleaning fee. She’s ok but bit demanding yet lacking commitment"

"It was very good, very clean and family-friendly. However, it is not suitable for a family trip as the bathroom is not covered with any walls and is just out in the open - could be considered as uncomfortable if staying with family. The toilet also was a bit stinky due to the toilet water stuck on the toilet brush. "
