"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"Check in instructions were not clear and needed to call and ask for help to locate the apartment. The entrance is a red facade with a sign for a playhouse above the door. The apartment is right on a very busy staircase which means there is street noise all night long. The apartment itself is in a very old building and musty but has been nicely renovated and comfortable. "

"I rented this property in June already choosing between a select few and this was for sure the correct place! The home is the whole building with 4 floors and looks exactly as the photos but even nicer in person. It's a home away from home with a very charming style and excellent design esthetics which was a big plus, however more importantly the home was fully stocked with everything you could possible need, the beds were comfortable with beautiful beddings. It allows for privacy and is perfect...
