Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
we could not stay here as the owner withdrew it on the day we were due to arrive. On a joint phone call with VRBO he tried to offer us another flat, not on the VRBO site. I refused as we had had previous bad experience of an off books flat, and asked for a full refund. He argued and the vrbo call handler agreed that we should not have an unseen and unlisted flat. As we only had one hour before our train, I booked a hotel. Unfortunately this flat was still being listed and advertised on social media even though it was unavailable.This owner should be avoided at all costs, and blocked by Vrbo.
