The location is very convenient, close to shopping and some major attractions. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. While the breakfast is not free but at a very reasonable price and the food are excellent.

Very friendly staff! Hotel is ideally located in between two main shopping high streets with two of the major department stores. It’s very close to the opera Garnier and close to the metro and train station. I stay here everyone I’m in Paris for work

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Staff is outstanding! So friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is the size of the room. Like most Parisian hotels, room is very small. It is perfect for a solo traveler.

The staff were wonderful. We had to extend for two days because of a hurricane at home and the staff were very accommodating, letting us stay in the same room. Breakfast was delicious. The location is walkable to most tourist attractions.

The hotel is really good, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. However, when I booked the hotel, expedia mentioned its only 9 mins away walking to Champs Elysee, whereas it needs minimum 25 mins. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!
