Great location and space

Stayed Dec 21-29. Space was great for a family of 4 adults. Short walks to 11, 1 and 4 Metro lines made getting around easy. Neighborhood was safe, busy in weekends and with holidays. All needed stores (grocery, bakery, etc) within a block. Plenty of food options.

Great location

Great location and value for the number of beds available. Very clean and well maintained. Not a place to hang-out in for an extended time, but perfect for a group (and you're not in Paris to stay in the room/apartment anyway).

Great location

No better location. Cafe's, shops all around. 1 smaller bedroom had a fan in the ceiling always running. We did not need that bedroom so we did not ask about it. Was perfect for family or larger group

Perfect location- sleeps many

Great location! Eduard was so helpful and kind in responding to messages. Place had tons of beds, two bathrooms and adequate kitchen. It is close to the metro and walkable to many sites such as Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. Loved the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Easy location

Running around Paris, we didn't spend much time in the apartment, but the location was ideal to get around the city easily. Safe neighborhood. Noise was not a problem. No issues. Would stay there again.

Best location ever—Marais area.

Super location and big for Paris standards. Kitchen small and limited if you want to cook. Only 1 couch which was very uncomfortable but slept possibly 11. Design very eclectic and we loved it. The neighborhood very vibrant and young. It definitely added to our trip.

Love this gem in the Merais

We were 6 ladies of all sorts of different ages and needs. Having so many comfy beds and nice spaced out arrangement made it so everyone could rest and do what they needed. It was like being a local and so nice to walk right out into the happening every day. Location is walkable to so many things and right near train station and short walk from bus station. Tons of food and shopping nearby. Lovely that there is a lift in the building, was helpful for persons who were tired or couldn’t do stairs well and for moving heavy luggage. Ed was awesome and super kind and communicative. We will be back!

Back to Paris for a few days.

I chose the property for the area, which I always enjoy. I feel the photos and descriptions of the apartment were somewhat misleading. The “kitchen” was extremely small, although sufficiently stocked. However, the coffee pot was broken. One of our toilets would not stop running which required turning off the water. In that same bathroom, water collected on both shelves under the sink area.

Apartment in Marais which sleeps many

The apartment had 5 bedrooms: three fronting on the street with full or queen size beds and two that were carved out of the interior of the apartment – a single and a double. There were two full bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet, on each side of the apartment. Both showers required a very big step up without hand rails, which could be difficjult to maneuver and one bathroom had a small step in the bathroom. The kitchen was small and not suited for cooking. There was a stove top and microwave but no oven. The apartment worked well for our needs. The neighborhood has many shops, incuding groceries, produce and bakeries as well as cafes and restaurants. It is also very well located to several metro stops.

1st time Paris trip

This flat fit was perfect for our odd sized family of 5. Neighborhood is very safe and walkable. It is a little noisy at night - with hearing voices on the street, but there are 2 interior bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Great location

We liked the location. The rooms are very small as most places in Paris are. We had a little bit of an issue with some construction and the windows wouldn’t shut so they had to sand down the frames so we could lock the windows. A little bit of a pain and pretty dusty. The host said they were supposed to be done with the construction last month, but currently workers show up at 8am right outside the windows. One of the toilets we had to turn on and off the water to stop it from running after each flush, the worker couldn’t fix it. Not a major issue. There was some grime or dirtyness to the bathrooms. All that we could look over and just get on with our days, but the one small room with the building exhaust never stops and sounds like an airplane engine 24/7. The other thing that really needs to be addressed is the mattresses. I don’t know what year they are from, but it’s not in the last decade. Very, very uncomfortable. Fix the mattresses and everything else can overlooked.

Super emplacement, fonctionnel et agreable.

Nous sommes venus a 6 pour une formation de trois jours a Paris. L appartement est tres confortable les chambres bien agencees, la cuisine est équipée comme il faut. Peu de bruit dans l appartement. Bref je recomma de, tout le mo de etait content.

It’s a fun apartment. It had all we needed and done we had teenagers they enjoyed having private rooms even in a closet. Super district, accessible to everything, lots of shopping and great food stores. We were not in much but enjoyed relaxing there in the evening. And the 2 bathrooms were a plus! The kitchen was serviceable but not meant for cooking really. All amenities excellent and very clean apartment. It would be nice to have 2 keys though as it meant we could not split to do different things. I would come back here if I were to come back to Paris
