The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this superb studio ideally located in the Marais! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living space: equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), unlimited Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV and storage space.
• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, hotplates, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots, dishwasher, etc.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will be staying in the heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and historic districts of Paris, perfect for discovering the city on foot between shops, typical cafés and famous monuments. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in must-see addresses like Café Charlot or Le Loir dans la Théière, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Bouillon Racine or Chez Marianne, perfect for an authentic culinary experience. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets, bakeries and greengrocers are within walking distance, such as Monoprix, Franprix and local artisans for fresh bread, fruit, wine and quality products.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Take the RER B train towards Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse.
Alight at Châtelet-Les Halles.
Transfer to Metro Line 11, heading towards Mairie des Lilas.
Disembark at Rambuteau station, and enjoy a short walk to your destination!
From Orly Airport
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Switch to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye.
Follow the same steps from Châtelet-Les Halles as detailed above.
Nearby Public Transportation
Rambuteau Metro Station (Line 11): Access vibrant areas like République and Belleville.

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
