Very close to the metro, so it's easy to get to. Everything you need for cooking meals in, grocery store nearby. Extremely clean.Annie, the host is extremely nice and helpful, getting your luggage to and from the apartment .Please realize that you are staying in an apartment, so it's going to be different from a hotel. And it is four flights of stairs up, which isn't as bad as it sounds. We were able to manage without difficulty.I would definitely stay here again

This is an excellent apartment located in the heart of Saint-Germain de-Prés. It is quiet, very clean, and well-appointed. The host, Annie, is very supportive. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was everything I had hoped for. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and although it looks expensive, I found even the nicest places I ate at were affordable. Annie, the hostess, is more than willing to help with anything you need. She is a charming and proud French woman who sincerely wants you to Paris!

Such a gem! Super quiet and peaceful after long days of walking and exploring Paris. Annie is very communicative, responds quickly with any questions. Shower is a bit small (my 6’2 husband had to be creative with washing his hair), but everything else is so cozy.

This was an excellent and safe property in sentimental play. You can get to really wonderful restaurants, shops and museums easily. Annie was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful five night stay in this charming apartment that had a large comfortable bed and efficiency kitchen. Nice bathroom with shower and sink; a second one with sink and commode. The shower/tub combo is great for baths and a little narrow as showers go but perfectly functional.The apartment was very clean and well cared for. Annie was super helpful, providing nice recommendations for food in writing and for touring when we asked. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone or any couple as long as they were good with stairs. Annie was very helpful though with the stairs on arrival—she got our luggage up, and we didn’t accept the offer to bring our luggage down at the end of our stay because we didn’t have a lot to carry. In any case, I would gladly stay again because of the location, the homey feel of the apartment, and Annie’s hospitality.

The apartment is well maintained and located in the heart of St Germain. Easy to walk everywhere and just steps from the metro. Just save some energy to climb the four flights of stairs when you return from your day touring Paris. Annie was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Merci!

We came to watch Olympics and to explore the city of Paris. Annie’s place was perfect for 2. Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. As previous reviews have said, there are a lot of stairs but this was not an issue for us. Great location that felt right in the heart of restaurants and metro stations yet the apartment faces onto a quiet and safe courtyard. Very peaceful. Cannot say enough about how great this apartment location was and we did not want for anything more!

The location was perfect for our requirements, Annie was a fantastic host, she couldn’t have been nicer and or more helpful. We were unaware there was 4 flights of steps and although this is probably not an issue for most people at times it stopped us coming and going more often.

You can't beat this location! Steps away from the Metro, cafes, bakeries, and groceries. Walk to the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens, and Notre Dame Cathedral, or just wander the neighbourhood to experience some lively restaurants and bars a couple blocks away. Annie is a fantastic hostess; quick to respond and provided useful info and recommendations. She really cares that you enjoy your vacation! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Annie!!

Our time in Paris was perfect, starting and ending with our stay in Annie's apartment. The apartment is very clean, bright and quiet. The 87 steps to the apartment ensure peace and privacy for a couple. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The neighbourhood is full of wonderful restaurants and quaint shops. Annie was always available to help and make suggestions.

My partner and I spent a week at Annie's lovely studio apartment, two blocks from the Seine, and in the heart of historic St Germain. Super cozy and comfortable, the studio is also spotlessly clean with great functionality and a charming atmosphere. Even the four flights up added to the ambience and allowed us to walk off those morning croissants. Annie was immediately responsive to every question and need. We will be recommending this charming and well priced locale to all of our friends and family. Merci millefois, Annie, for the week of our dreams!

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience staying at Annie's studio apartment. It is in a very walkable area and also located right by a metro station. We found the neighborhood to be excellent in terms of being able to wander around and shop, eat, and see the sights of Paris! The apartment itself was well-appointed with everything you might need during yor stay. Annie was incredibly pleasant and helpful- I cannot say enough nice things about her! She made the trip effortless and offered assistance as needed. Annie is truly a gem! We are already looking forward to our next visit to this lovely vacation spot!

Great location, nice apartment. New bathrooms, nice large bed, lots of light, and a very attentive owner/manager. The only drawback (normal for a Paris appt) is the 4 floors to walk up to the appt. But we are mid 70s and had no issues. The landlady does have access to an elevator for heavy luggage. The Cafe Bonaparte, Deux Margot and Cafe de Flore is across the street, as is a metro stop and a bus stop. You can walk to the Louvre and just about anywhere else. A nice 7 day stay.

This was a cozy apartment with everything we needed. The host was amazing and helped us with our bags on check-in and check-out. There was a large walk-in closet for our suitcases and clothes for the week. We loved the book-lined walls and the plush reading chair--it was the perfect place to sit after a long day. In terms of the apartment layout, there is a galley kitchen with all the necessities (refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink, microwave, stovetop). The bathroom amenities are split in the layout. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower. The shower is triangle-shaped, so you cannot necessarily stand under the showerhead comfortably depending on your size; however, this was not an issue for us--great water pressure and hot water. As for the location, it was perfectly situated in the beautiful St Germain de Pres. We were within walking distance of so many lovely cafes and restaurants. If this apartment is available during our next trip, we will return.

Our first trip to Paris. A friend who has visited many times suggested we stay in the Saint Germaine area. This rental was indeed the perfect location. We walked to everything except Versailles which is an easy 40 minute RER train ride away. And when we were tired of walking, public transportation was very convenient. Everywhere we turned there was another cozy side street with shops and restaurants bustling with a truly local vibe. The hostess, Annie, was incredibly helpful. Form using her access to the private lift to get our bags to the flat, to making sure our Uber actually showed up when we departed, she helped us with anything and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This is truly a great little place to stay, a couple blocks from the Seine and Louvre. The location could not have been better, and we had adopted St. Germain des Pres as our neighborhood by the time we left. The apartment was less than a block from the nearest Metro station too! Annie was wonderful and always available. We didn’t mind climbing the stairs to the apartment as it helped us work off all of the amazing food we had. The shower is a bit tight due to the sloping outside wall, but that is so minor with all of the great things you get to do and see in the area. We very much hope to return! Thanks Annie!

My husband and I had such a nice stay in Paris at the end of our "Babymoon" in France. Annie could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and caring. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, quiet, extremely clean, and completely safe. Further, you could not ask for a better location. We happened to be in Paris during a heat wave, so the stairs and lack of A/C were a bit tough on someone who is pregnant, but certainly not a big issue. We will recommend all of our friends to stay at Annie's apartment and we hope to return there someday as well.

Thanks to Annie for a great stay in Paris! The flat is in a spectacular location in the heart of St Germain. Annie is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The flat is exactly as advertised, with a small but entirely serviceable kitchenette and split bathroom. The shower is very new and works great, but might be a tight squeeze if you are tall. My only reservation about this location is that you must have the fitness for four flights of stairs, which are daunting at the end of a long day of sightseeing (and a deterrent to popping out in the morning for fresh croissants). Annie will bring the bags up/down in the secret elevator, thank goodness. One special shoutout to the housekeeper, who helped us get a taxi upon our departure—merci a vous.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Paris at Annie’s place. She was so welcoming and friendly. She took our bags up and down her elevator, so we wouldn’t have to lug them up and down 4 flights of stairs. Her place was very clean and had a great closet to keep all of our clothes and our suitcases out of the way. Best of all the location of her place is perfect! It is in such a great area with great cafes and restaurants and shopping. Lots of art galleries as well. We walked everywhere, but the metro station is very close if you need it. Super close to the Seine and Louvre, as well as other museums and beautiful gardens. We had a wonderful stay and Annie gave us great recommendations of places to eat and visit. We had the chance to get to know Annie a little more at coffee near the end of our trip and that was just wonderful! Can’t wait to be able to visit again! I would definitely recommend!
