The apartment is particularly welcoming for families with children and babies, as shown in the photos. Although one of the bedrooms is equipped with bunk beds, these 90x190 single beds are also suitable for adults. The master bedroom has a large double bed of 180x200, while the living room offers a double sofa bed of 160x190, which can also accommodate two adults.

Located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, this apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the Gare de l’Est. Gare du Nord, the first station in Europe and the third in the world in terms of traffic with more than 220 million visitors annually, is nearby. This station, inaugurated on June 14, 1846, serves the north of France as well as international destinations such as London via the Eurostar, and Belgium and the Netherlands via the Thalys.

You can admire its modern neoclassical architecture and its facade decorated with twenty-three statues by renowned sculptors.
