Great short stay

Fantastic stay at New Hotel Opera, great location with modern interiors. We had a comfortable and compact room. Hotel manager and team were really helpful on arrival.

Great location in Paris

Great location! Really nice, safe area. Would have liked the hotel to reply to messages a little faster, but they did after a few reminders. Breakfast very nice.

This hotel is absolutely amazing the staff are excellent there so kind & friendly the rooms were ok size the beds Was comfortable tho the small camp style bed wasn’t but for the price you can deal with it for a couple nights I highly recommend here felt safe an it’s very welcoming. This was my 4th time staying in Paris I’d definitely go back to stay here thank you

Fantastic place to stay, good location short walk to Liège metro station, good selection of cafes, bars & brassieres, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options kept us well fuelled for a busy day of sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again

Fab boutique hotel near Opera/Moulin Rouge

Great location, beautiful bathroom, nice dark and quiet room, and a quick and friendly check in. I would stay here again, the hotel was everything we needed it to be, with lots of lovely bistros, bars and patisseries near by.

I had a pleasant stay .Very clean. I took the triple room although i was alone. Spacious room and bathroom. Polite staff. Location very good. 1 minute away from metro. Coffeeshops supermarket pharmacy around you. Safe area and nice street. Walking distance to galarie lafayette . I am a picky person in choosing hotels so to give all these positive comments means good thing. My stay was perfect for the budget i had for hotel

Great hotel!

Great stay! The hotel is brand new, extra clean, and with minimalist decoration in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is super friendly and with perfect English! Location is amazing, we could walk to Montmatre and to Louvre. Wi-fi was the only bad thing, it was slow and I had no access to it on my side of the bed in the room.

Not a four star hotel! Limited tea and coffee in the room which was not refilled over the nights we stayed. Only one tv station in English which was news. No bath and only one pillow per person. Breakfast was more continental and self service. Very small and basic dining spacefor breakfast which felt like you were eating in the lobby.

Prijs/kwaliteit was dit hotel prima in orde. Ontbijt was goed, bedden waren goed. Op wandelafstand van de Opera en winkelcentrum Lafayette. Kamer was proper. Wij komen zeker terug.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ich war wieder zufrieden. Das Superior-Dreibettzimmer war für 3 Personen für Pariser Verhältnisse absolut ausreichend. Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und über die Sauberkeit kann man sich nicht beschweren. Personal war wieder freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top und man fühlt sich sehr sicher in der Umgebung. Metro- und Busstationen sind in direkter Nähe. Allerdings hat es mich verwirrt, dass angeblich 2 Bäder vorhanden sein sollten, aber nur eins vorhanden war.

Wir würden es nicht empfehlen ...

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück bestand aus erprobten Fertigprodukten und in dieser Qualität. Allerdings ist glaube ich, in Frankreich das Frühstück keine wirkliche Mahlzeit. Die Bistros in der Nähe können dies besser. Wirklich nicht schön sind die hellhörigen Zimmer mit Verbindungstür in den Hinterhof und wirklich hart sind die Zimmer zur Strasse. Diese ist erstaunlich gut belebt und absolut hellhörig und zwar über die gesamte Nacht und in unsrem Fall, die gesamte Woche. Wirklich hart.
