A fabulous flat in central Paris

We had a fantastic stay in this flat. We thought it was a good size for a family of four and the location was really central. We had a lovely time in Paris.

Great stay

The apartment was very close to the Metro, and a short walk to Marche Montogorgueil, a haven of shops, cafes - everything you would look for to enjoy a snack or entire feast while you people watch! Going there as an experience for us with our granddaughter was an experience of a lifetime. Staying here was our anchor!

okay place

centrally located, quiet area, clean, large living room average sized bedrooms (for Paris), not as cheery as the picture indicates. Nicely tiled, but small bathroom. Wasn't given as much information about the place and the area as other Vrbo rentals. Still, had a good visit.

Paris Family Walking Tour

Our family spent 5 nights at the wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic, and we spent all four days exploring Paris on foot. We will return soon.

Lovely stay in the 2nd

This conveniently located and well-designed apartment met all of our needs. Close to the metro, but also convenient to walking to many sites. Nearby is the wonderful Rue Montorgueille, Which is packed with all levels of restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops, etc. David and Isabel were both very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this lovely apartment.

Great stay!

Apartment is well located, within easy walks to great food shops, cafes, public spaces, transportation. The building is quiet and secure. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable, but sofa bed was a little worn. Host was quick to respond to questions and our needs. We had a great two week stay and hope to return.

Comfortable and close to metro and Monoprix

My granddaughter used this as our home base for three weeks. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very safe. The property manager responded immediately when the boiler turned off, and was there in twenty minutes. The Metro is half a block from the front door, and the Monoprix was right around the corner.....easy to grab a bottle of wine and food for cooking a dinner at home.

Wonderful neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is amazing with groceries, restaurants, Boulangeries and the metro stop literally around the corner. It was a great value with two bedrooms, a large living space and reasonable kitchen. The bathroom was tight but not at all unusual. Only concern would be noise. There was construction within the building while we were there starting about 8:30-9 am and loud delivery trucks for the store across the street earlier in the morning. Altogether a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Paris!

Wonderful stay in Paris

We loved our 6 nights in David’s charming apartment. Very near the Marais, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Paris, the apartment is spacious, clean and Isabel who greeted us was responsive and helpful. Metro to everywhere steps from the apartment. A full service grocery store around the corner and other shopping and restaurants. We had a fabulous private tour with picturesque voyages which we would recommend. We will be back for sure. Merci!

Perfect vacation apartment

It was easy to communicate with Isabelle the manager. She’s helpful and very kind. The apartment was clean and everything was perfect from the keys to the laundry to the location. We walked everywhere from that location (15 minutes walk to notre-dame, 1:15 hour walk to tour Eiffel). Rue MONTORGUEIL is near by. A lots of restaurants, terraces, coffees, shops across the street. Very quiet, nice building even if it’s dated in the common areas, it’s clean. I would be back anytime and recommend to my friends.

Perfect location, perfectly Parisian

For starters, this apartment is only 1/2 a block from the Metro stop so travel is easy to reach the main attractions without fighting traffic. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants on every corner in a safe clean area. The apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything you would want or need. Isabel and David accommodated our early arrival and immediately responded when had questions or needed something. I will rent this place again without hesitation.

Amazing Paris apartment.

Wonderful apartment in Paris - steps from the metro snd grocery and a 15 min walk to Les Halles and Chatelet for train to CDG. Walking or metro everywhere from here! And- It looks just like the pictures. Huge dining and living room with large windows overlooking the street. Spacious bedrooms for Paris (we did not use the sleeper couch), large kitchen area with dishwasher and big refrigerator. Bathroom shower is very large! Isabel was very helpful at checkin and checkout via WhatsApp. (Be prepared to use google translate as I did not speak French). David was very helpful in the VRBO messaging. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip with college friends followed by additional time with my adult daughter.

Comfortable beds in accessible location.

Thank you to Isabel and David for sharing their property with us on our recent trip to Paris with our 2 children. The apartment is on a quiet street adjacent to a popular street, with access to shopping, a grocery store and a metro stop along with several restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated how close the metro stop was as we took it daily. Isabel was kind enough to meet us ahead of our check in to allow us to drop our bags and acclimate to the place. She communicated with us quickly throughout the trip if questions came up from either side. The apartment layout is as pictured, with some furniture layout changes. - The beds were comfortable. - The kitchen had available dishes, glass wear, silverware etc. and a coffee maker. - A small washer/dryer is available and shared with the unit across the hall. Laundry soap was provided. - The bathroom is quite tiny, which might be helpful to note for some larger bodied or disabled travelers as my 6 foot husband had some issues navigating the toilet, which sits in a very narrow space of the bathroom.

Lovely apartment, superb location

Excellent stay—I would definitely recommend this property; I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Good and friendly communications with both owner and manager; a beautiful, rather roomy apartment with a classic Parisian feel; very clean; comfortable furnishings; superb location with Metro and cafe just at the corner, and just through the alley to the right, a street of wonderful restaurants (Pupetta for pizza!) and a great bakery, plus a large supermarket across the street. Of note: as seems common in Europe, the bathroom is quite small—perhaps a bit uncomfortable for a person above average weight. The kitchen is tiny, but well-stocked even with a Nespresso machine (but who wants to actually cook with such delicious food around the corner?) The interior courtyard is nice to see, but quite smelly. Just keep the door and window closed—no odor. Finally, the only things missed were a full-length mirror, clock, and reading lamp for the living space. Not deal-breakers in any way. My small family enjoyed this apartment very much It was perfect for us and we definitely will choose to stay here again. Merci, David and Isabel!

Amazing flat central to everything Paris

This is a gorgeous, sunny flat in fantastic location. Perfect in every way. The beds are firm, the manager Alice most helpful. We arrived early, left late - easy breezy. She met us in person on arrival, showed us everything and was always just a text message away. The location is a dream. You are literally across the supermarket, 25 steps away from metro station and 2 blocks away from a pedestrian restaurant street Montorgeil. And best of all - it is a quiet residential street. So your jet lagged sleep is safe. This is a gem. Thanks, Alice, we wil be back!
