Disliked: Communication
After arriving in Paris at the address filed on ebookers (33 Rue de Chazelles, Paris), we discovered that there was no Résidence Hôtel, as it was described. We had to call ebookers and make pression on them, since we couldn't find any phone number. After more than 30 minutes, the operator managed to get somebody on the phone. They told me having called me all day long, sent me messages to reach out to me, and that the hotel is not at the address which is filed on ebookers..! it was late at night, with kids on the opposite side of Paris because of these incapable and lying people! They lied during this conference call telling me that they tried to reach out to me, which is simply a lie! On my satelite phone, i can even see if somebody let it ring for a milisecond. Then she told me, that it isn't a hotel, but an appartment that we rent (except that on the eBill of ebookers, there were 3 rooms booked and confirmed). Once I was on the phone with them, they sent me the information, but told me that I have to take an appointment with them! What? I never heard about that kind of stupidity. Those people are not clear at all and only when I said my oppinion, they calmed and explained. No excuse, nothing... Most horrible stay I ever had in my life and I'm travelling at least twice a month! Stay away from them, look for another place!
