Love this place! Amazing location and clean

Great service and amazing location! This was my first time in Paris and I was traveling solo and they were incredibly accommodating. The lady at the front desk even walked my heavy bags all the way to the cab that she called for me to take to the airport! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were all very friendly, very helpful, very professional, service was great, rooms very clean and food was great, close to the metro and many cafes and shops next to the hotel, as well. Having a balcony was also a big plus.

Wonderful service

Service mindset of all personnel and extremely strong customer-oriented staff. We had a minor issue with odor in our room but the hotel personnel showed great enthusiasm and willingness to solve the issue promptly and effectively. Job well done. The hotel is also within an easy 15-minute walk from the Eiffel tower. Overall very pleasant stay.

Shower door was removed !

Location was very good, 15 mins from Eiffel Tower and Torcadero, Pharmacy is right in the corner for covid test. checked in was good, he gave me a room right away even before 3 pm, room was clean, carpet is very old and need to be replace in the room and in the hall way, my shower glass door was removed, guess it was broken? Room no.14 so when I showered water splashes everywhere in that tiny bathroom, didnt bother to asked for another room since I was there only for 2 nights and was out all day came back at night but when I mentioned to the FD agent when I checked out he said they have no idea that room no 14 has no glass door in the shower. The second day housekeepng cleanned the room and did not bother to supply me with more liquid soaps either so Comparing to other Hotels I stayed the service in this hotel was not too good, hopefully they will look at that...love the location but I will not come back to this hotel, attention to details are not too good.

The worst receptionist ever

I have traveled worldwide from 5-star giants like Watergate to small hostels in Eastern Europe and have never encountered with worse reception administrator than in this hotel. The lady hiding her name badge from me was so barbaric that she couldn't hold 10 seconds of conversation without interrupting (with no other guests). Overall, she interrupted me about 20 times. Not only was she unable to listen without talking, but she was also randomly starting talking to other people when I was talking to her, blatantly not responding to my direct questions keeping silent, etc. In addition, she took, refused to return it immediately, and then photocopied my debit card without my permission, referring to her manager's instructions and saying that she would be fired if she didn't follow them. I said that I didn't give her authorization to photocopy my debit card then she (as always, interrupting) laughed at me and claimed that she didn't need my authorization for that. Finally, she called her manager, and the manager approved the destruction of the paper copy of my debit card image. I don't know which lawless jungle she thinks she is in and how they hired her, but that was the worst check-in experience in my life. The following day, I suppose, the manager checked me out. She was more civic, able to listen, but also passive-aggressive. This is a parody of 4 stars hotel service. P.S. They had a leaking shower and no door to the shower cabin.

GREAT SPOT! HANDY TO EVERYTHING

The staff are very helpful. Rooms very clean. Beds super comfy. But the location is the best. Next door is a hair salon, womens and across the road is one for mens. A fabulous restaurant called La Passy with wonderful staff and delicious food. A laundromat, lime scooters, chemist, a plaza, everything within walking distance, and only 10 mins walk to see the Eiffel tower.

The Front desk ladies were fantastic made our stay worth booking. Provided each and every information from maps, roads navigation, metro, to booking tours. We loved staying there, will recommend to others and hopefully will stay there again. We love them and their hospitality.

Really really bad service.

They don’t care about guests no matter what special circumstances happened to you trip. Like flight got cancel or delay due to reasons that no body could control . They won’t try to help, not flexible, . All they care about is your money. I booked at the other hotel with non refundable rate as well but they were nice enough to help change my check in date when unexpected things happened. But this hotel. All they keep saying to you is your booking is non refundable. Hotel.com also reached out to them for me. But nothing works. I paid couple hundred dollar for one night and all I get is the chance to write a honest review to warn all travellers out there!!! Stay away from this hotel. I guess they think one negative comment or review won’t hurt them. But fact is, it takes years to build up good reputation and ruin it in one mistake. I hope they will learned and make things right
