The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Oh la la...Paris!

The flat was charming, well located and spacious. We were central to the metro and may of the sites were walkable. We are already looking forward to a next trip to Paris!

Lovely Apartment as Expected

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The team was quick to respond to all my questions and requests both before and during our stay. The location is great and very central. We were very happy with our stay here!

Parisian trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable for our group of three. The apartment is very centrally located with most attractions being an easy 10-15 min Uber ride away. It was the perfect backdrop for a wonderful Parisian vacation.

Great central location

The apartment was well appointed and fit six adults well even with just one toilet. Loads of really great cafes within a short walk. A couple of supermarkets nearby as well to keep us well stocked. Great shopping nearby if that’s your thing. The Seine, Louvre, Montmatre and Eiffel Tower can be done on foot if you’re a walker or an easy metro ride away. This is a lively, busy neighborhood so it may be too loud for some.

Great location

The bedrooms and common areas are very functional. The location is wonderful. The flat has a very modern feel and is very clean. They supply you with all the essentials and even brought some Nespresso pods for us to enjoy. The location is the real winner here though as you are steps from the Opera and Louvre. Great cafe literally downstairs and a wonderful Doner spot across the street. The only negative thing was the 1 toilet. For a large family this is a bit of a logistics issue. Having said that, we did not spend the majority of time in the unit and made it work. That aside, the place is wonderful and the hosts are great.

Joie de vivre avec mes amies

We are 4 parents who decided it was time to live life in Paris for 6 days. We LOVED this apartment! We were very impressed and pleased with the style & cleanliness of the flat, the comfort of the beds, and the proximity to all the great areas of Paris.
