The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is terrific - short walk to the train stop from the airport.
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the well appointed rooms and the wonderfully delicious breakfast every morning, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was also ideal for exploring and enjoying the city. We are looking forward to our next visit.
This hotel location was perfect and walkable to almost everything. The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly. Also the air conditioning was great and the internet was fast enough for my son who was gaming along with me working. I would stay here again.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to many of Paris’s major attractions and conveniently access public transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for sightseeing or a vacation.
I had the most charming room with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly especially the gentleman. Great central area for a first timer or a solo traveller!
Room was very clean and loved the amenities in the room. Great location. 15 minute walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter. Good breakfast and amazing staff
We enjoyed our stay very much. Le Relais des Halles has an excellent location very close to restaurants, shopping, the Seine and the Châtelet metro station. The station makes it so easy to get all around Paris! The hotel is very cozy and clean. The staff was so helpful.
The staff is lovely - super helpful! The room we stayed in was great - modern and comfortable. The key here is the prime location. Walking distance to some of the best of what Paris has to offer. I really want to highlight how kind the staff were. They prioritized a quicker room turnaround so that we can get an early check in. One day it was raining, and we got complimentary umbrellas to borrow. And one late evening, we wanted herbal tea and the concierge went and got it for us. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was centrally located with numerous amenities provided to their guests. Nice rooms with great staff. One issue is the garbage pickup is early every morning and the noise wakes you up early in the morning.
The hotel was well located, very clean and the staff were efficient. The room was very small but very quiet. If I stayed again I would opt for a larger room.
First of all, the hotel staff, especially M. Rayane, were lovely to us. The hotel is a sweet oasis in the middle of a very nice part of Paris (and not so tourist-y in February). Will definitely return to stay here on our next trip to Paris.
Wonderful hotel with outstanding customer service. Beautifully decortated with little extras such as fruit and coffee. Great location. We will be back.
The room was clean and spacious by Paris standards. The hotel's location is excellent—just a few steps from Les Halles, the Etienne Marcel Metro station and numerous restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris.
Unfortunately, the service did not consistently meet my expectations for a four-star hotel in this price range. On one occasion, when I requested English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea sachets from the man at the front desk, I was initially told these varieties were only available in the breakfast room. It was only after I insisted that he went to the Breakfast Room and got me some. This should not have been the initial response to a guest's reasonable request.
I also found the breakfast offering to be quite basic, with a limited selection and little variety. Given the hotel's rating and pricing, I expected a more substantial and varied breakfast experience.
Overall, while the room and location were strong positives, the service and breakfast fell short of what I would expect from a hotel of this category.
