Welcome to my home!
I welcome you in my 65 square meters flat in the heart of the 7th district of Paris, located on the ground floor. It is ideally located close to the Champ de Mars and 300 meters from the Eiffel Tower. You will be able to walk in this emblematic district of the capital and discover all Paris!

## Logement
Located in Paris, the flat is bright and modern. It is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds (with a very good mattress), 3 bathrooms and a nice living room with a television.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, 3 Televisions, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The district offers an immediate proximity to the Eiffel Tower (3 min walk), the Trocadero Gardens (10 min walk), the Bir-Hakeim Bridge (10 min walk).
You will have all the shops nearby to do your shopping easily.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
