The staff were great and I appreciate them holding our bags. However, the hotel was not a comfortable place to stay and smelled entirely of cigarettes. The layout was weird and uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel comfortable what so ever. I would not recommend this place unless you smoke cigarettes and want a budget place to stay for a night.

I am never going to stay there again. It was dirty, extremely loud and the "blanket" smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelled like feces when someone else flushed in their own room. We felt unsafe.

It was a dead basic room, which was alright for the price but rhe worse bits were the bed - the bedframe was super noisy, the mattress sagged in the middle and pillows were tiny and lumpy. Also the radiator was constantly hot and could not be adujusted. The shower couldnt maintain a decent temperature too. Amd the window didnt close properly, it could easily be yanked or pushed open.

Vi havde 4 dages ophold på dette hotel. Det er nær metroen og der er gode restauranter i nærheden. Venligt personale, men standen er meget dårlig. Der er vandskader flere steder i skabe og lofter og der er fugtigt på værelset. Beskidte håndklæder og sengelinned dufter ikke godt. Værelset var kun til 1 person, men vi har booket til to personer. Der er meget lydt og vi kan høre alt der sker i opgangen og på værelset ved siden af.

Je partais confiant à la lecture de l'annonce sur hôtel. com mais la réalité fut tout autre. La photo de l'annonce ne correspond pas du tout à la chambre attribuée. Salle de bain vétuste et peu entretenue ainsi que le mobilier de la chambre.....

Le personnel est très gentil (ils m'ont donné un verre pour prendre un médicament à minuit) mais même si la chambre était propre, la fenêtre était impossible à fermer donc nous avons eu froid et je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche même s'il y en avait au lavabo. Une lampe sur le chevet mais aucune prise pour la brancher.

Very dirty al over , old and damaged everything , i moved out and look for an other hotel as soon as we arrived , nothing even close to stabndard. It can not be called a hotel it is even wors than homless shelters. That place ahould be closed down.

Les lampes de chevet étaient cassées. Il manquait télécommande de la télé, pas de tapis pour le sol dans la salle de douche, pas de gobelet et une très forte odeur de cigarettes

tres salle un radiateur qui n'a pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps , le carrelage au sol se décolle ,on peut l enlever a la main pas de couverture avons eu froid on est très mécontent de cet autel comment ils osent louer ça !!!!! les murs sont salle mobilier abime du bruit jusquà 3h du matin ,sommes parti a 7 h pas aimable on a du le reveiller trop tot !!!

On m'a demandé des mon arrivée si ce n'était pas à l'hôtel d'à côté que j'avais réservé. Ensuite on ne me trouvait pas sur la liste. On m'a remis une seule serviette éponge à la réception. Une fois dans la chambre, j'ai constaté que les taies d'oreillers et celle du traversin avaient bien servi. J'ai dû retourner à la réception. A cause d'un problème de machines à laver la personne devait retourner à la laverie. J'ai dû aussi me passer de tapis de bain.

chambre sale douche pleine de moisi. les murs sales. des cheveux dans le lit a notre arrivée. du bruit jusqu a 4h du matin impossible de fermer la fenêtre car elle était cassée donc pas nous reposer. j ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi insalubre c est honteux.

Great location and price, hotel staff were very helpful and the space was clean and functional. Our room didn't have towels, the walls were a bit thin so we could hear talking and phones ringing from neighboring rooms, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but overall the stay was pleasant and exactly what we needed for a brief, affordable stay.
