The staff were very nice and helpful, however, the hotel was being renovated whilst we were there and the paint gave us allergic reaction all through our stay. They should have closed the hotel for renovations and provided alternative accommodation for guests.

De kamers zijn heel gehorig, je hoort als iemand anders uit een andere kamer doucht/stemmen/zelfs het trillen van een mobiel ed. De dame van het ontbijt is alles behalve aardig en snauwt naar een ieder. De dames van de receptie zijn daarentegen super lief!

This is an amazing affordable property within walking distance of the North Station. Very convenient to come in straight from the airport via RER trains. Also great location, walking distance to multiple Metro and bus lines helping connect to many of the attractions in the city. Staff was courteous and helpful with luggage storage and helping with early check in depending on availability. The breakfast menu is pretty decent with fresh options. Overall, great stay for travelers looking for a decent rest in a safe and quiet spot in bustling Paris!

HyvÀ sijainti rauhallisen kadun varrella. Metro lÀhellÀ eikÀ rautatieasemakaan kaukana. Huone oli juuri remontoitu ja osa kerroksista vielÀ työn alla. Huone ihan tyylikÀs mutta melko pelkistetty eikÀ juurikaan lasku tai sÀilytystilaa. Hiukan ohuet seinÀt ja naapurista sekÀ kÀytÀviltÀ kuului jonkin verran ÀÀniÀ, ruuhkaisempaan aikaan ehkÀ enemmÀnkin. Tehokas ilmastointi ja ranskalaisesta parvekkeestakin sai raitista ilmaa. Perus hyvÀ aamupala buffet. Ihan mukava henkilökunta. Respa vÀhÀn jÀnnÀ, kÀytÀnnössÀ tietokone aulan nurkassa ja muuten henkilökunta hengaili lÀhettyvillÀ. Perusvarmaa hotelliketjun laatua.

Nous sommes arrivĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel, nous avons reçu un accueil pitoyable de la rĂ©ceptionniste Ă  qui on venait clairement s’interrompre le repas. Elle nous a donnĂ© une chambre avec moins d’un pieds de chaque cĂŽtĂ© du lit, vu sur l’immeuble Ă  2m de cĂŽtĂ© et avec une porte de douche qui ne s’ouvrait qu’à moitiĂ©, histoire d’ĂȘtre sur que je ne puisse pas y aller. AprĂšs avoir fait par Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste des problĂšmes reliĂ©s Ă  la chambre et le fait que selon les photos du site, je pourrais entrer dans la douche et me dĂ©placer aisĂ©ment, elle a dit qu’on avait qu’à mentionner qu’on voulait une chambre qui ressemble aux photos. Elle a dit qu’on devait mentionner qu’on voulait avoir se pour quoi on avait choisi cet hĂŽtel, que ce n’était pas son problĂšme et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. J’ai dĂ» contacter le service Ă  la clientĂšle pour que par miracle une heure plus tard, l’hĂŽtel aie la chambre rouge des photos de disponible (merci au service Ă  la clientĂšle de ce site). MalgrĂ© tout ses dĂ©fauts : eau qui ne s’évacue pas dans la douche, lumiĂšre brĂ»lĂ©e, housse tachĂ©e, vis manquante, abat-jour brisĂ©, joints moisis de la douche. On a gardĂ© la deuxiĂšme chambre qu’en mĂȘme. Le jour du dĂ©part, la femme de chambre venait cogner au 30 minutes Ă  partir de 9:15 pour voir si on avait quitter (il n’y avait pas de papier ne pas dĂ©ranger). Pire hĂŽtel de ma vie, ne vaut clairement pas un ibis Style et encore moins ces 3 Ă©toiles.
