There was a persistent musty smell in the room every time we entered. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, a kettle, and coffee or tea. The quality of the hotel shampoo was poor and caused skin irritation on the face. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station.

Não gostei do serviço do Ibis Eglise Pantin, achei o atendimento ruim, em uma rede grande de hotéis como o Ibis, a recepção não sabia falar outra língua como inglês ou espanhol e ainda demonstrava má vontade por não sabermos falar em francês. O aquecedor do quarto não funcionava direito, sentimentos frio dormindo, o chuveiro não era legal, ou estava muito quente ou muito frio, não havia meio termo. Não havia nem frigobar no quarto, no qual, impossibilita até de você comprar água em outro lugar e guardar. Não havia aquecedor para as toalhas, o serviço de quarto não arrumava as camas, apenas deixava toalhas, no café da manhã as atendentes também extremamente mal humoradas. O que realmente é 10 é a localização. Na porta do hotel tem uma estação de metrô, o que facilita muito. Mas de resto, não recomendo, principalmente se for a sua primeira vez em Paris ou não souber falar francês, até o Google tradutor, havia má vontade de ler.
