Exceptional staff made this easily one of my favorite hotel experiences in Europe. The efficiency, kindness, and friendly anticipation of our needs was five star. This was my fifth visit at this hotel and I’m never disappointed. The service was exceptional ; the staff were welcoming and professional. A special merci to Victoria and Demba who were so helpful and accommodating during my visit. This is my go-to hotel when staying in Paris. Prices are fair for the excellent room quality, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, and there is ample access to the metro. Plenty of dining options are nearby (make a reservation at Septime, but do so way in advance). Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay here (10.19-10.24.2024). I can't overstate how friendly and helpful the staff here are, really top-notch professional customer service. 10/10 would stay here again. Also, the neighborhood (and surrounding/adjacent) has a great locals feel, not a ton of tourists. The metro is at the end of block and there was always a lime bike to rent close by as well.

The staff literally could not have been more helpful! The front desk was SO welcoming! The room was spotless. I upgraded to a patio where we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the evening. Breakfast was sumptuous. Is stay here again without hesitation; and I'd recommend it to anyone!
